I become shy or self-conscious, each time I am in front of a recording or broadcasting camera or mic.

But, when the reason to be in front of a camera or mic, is related to a cause or #purpose that is dear to my heart, all that self-consciousness evaporates into thin air.
An example is about two years ago when I was Wellsradio’s Director of #Marketing and #Technology, Fela Durotoye a presidential candidate for the 2019 #Nigerian elections, was scheduled for an interview, on the weekend, of April 7th, 2018.

And, the interview was impromptu, there was no presenter to co-host the interview. So, yes! I had to wear a radio presenter’s hat, that faithful Saturday.

The reason for this #ThrowbackThursday post is that my second question to him was about his #NewNigeria manifesto. Because, in Nigeria, parents are overly protective of their kids, and they reprimand them against participating in protests, to exercise the supreme of all the Basic Human Rights, which is to speak up against any form of injustice through a protest.

And, two years later, father Time answers my question with the ongoing #EndSARs protests.
